What we collect
When you submit an inquiry, we collect your name, email, company and message. We do not collect sensitive personal data beyond what you choose to provide, and we never sell it.
How we use it
Your information is used solely to respond to your inquiry, prepare quotes, and service the policies we bind. Quoting data is shared only with our carrier markets for the purpose of placement.
Legal basis & retention
We handle personal information in accordance with PIPEDA and, where health data is involved, PHIPA. Inquiry data is retained for the life of the relationship plus the regulatory record-keeping period, then securely deleted.
Cookies & analytics
We use minimal analytics to understand which resources are read. No third-party advertising trackers are deployed.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you at any time. Contact us and we'll respond within the statutory window.
